Interior Architectural Design

Our clients approached us with a dark, awkwardly proportioned master bathroom that felt uncomfortable despite its 10-foot ceilings. Working in collaboration with Lauren Reynolds of Lauren Reynolds Design, we transformed this challenging space into a light-filled sanctuary. A central skylight now floods the room with natural light, while arched openings create intimate nooks for bathroom amenities, addressing the scale issues and adding warmth. We repurposed the existing window as part of a built-in seating area flanked by storage cabinets, and cleverly tucked the shower beneath the main staircase to take advantage of lower ceilings for better heat retention. Lauren's design expertise brought it all together—white marble, calming blues, and beautifully patterned wallpaper elevate this once-outdated space into a serene retreat that balances privacy with openness.
