Interior Architectural Design
This comprehensive renovation transformed the disjointed public spaces of the Oakmont Court home into a cohesive, functional environment. The original layout lacked a formal entry, while an awkwardly angled kitchen remained isolated from the dining and living areas behind mismatched arched openings that felt disconnected from the home's architecture. Our design reordered these spaces with intention: the problematic kitchen angles were absorbed into a working pantry concealed behind a wall of custom cabinetry, while the reoriented kitchen now opens to the dining and living rooms through generous cased openings that create visual continuity. A new entry room establishes a proper arrival sequence, welcoming guests into a central space from which archways lead purpose fully to each wing of the home. The result is a unified spatial experience that honors both functionality and architectural clarity.
